Our "Sample First" Philosophy
At House of Mammoth, we want you to love what you wear and use. Because scent is deeply personal, we highly recommend purchasing a sample before committing to a full-size product. We offer 2ml perfume samples, individual shaving soap samples, and curated Discovery Sets specifically to help you find your favorites risk-free.
Returns & Eligibility
As a small artisan studio, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
-
Full-Size Fragrances (48ml) & Apparel: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Bottles must be unused and unsprayed. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed. All returns are inspected and weighed upon arrival.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please log in to your Customer Account here.
Select your item and submit the request. Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email.
Refund Options & Fees
When your return is processed, you have two choices:
-
Option A: 100% Store Credit. Receive 100% of the purchase price back as a House of Mammoth gift card. We will simply deduct the actual cost of the return shipping label from the credit amount.
-
Option B: Original Payment Refund. Receive a refund to your original payment method minus a flat 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the pre-paid shipping label, non-refundable credit card processing fees, and manual inspection.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned used or sprayed, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Damages and Issues
If an item is truly defective (e.g., broken glass or a faulty sprayer), please contact us immediately at ben@houseofmammoth.com with information and a photo. We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you. Please note that "not liking the scent" is subjective and is processed as a standard return, not a defect.
