Shipping policy

 

House of Mammoth strives to ship all orders within 5–8 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an automated email notification with tracking information as soon as your package has been packed and labeled.

Please note: Estimated delivery timelines are provided directly by the shipping carrier and do not include our internal processing time. Postal service delays or high transit volumes are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated dynamically based on weight and destination, and will be displayed directly at checkout. We do not offer local pickup or delivery options at this time.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select global destinations, including Canada, the EU, and beyond.

Important Hazmat Restrictions: Due to strict international transit regulations regarding alcohol-based liquids, our fine fragrances and alcohol-based aftershave splashes cannot be shipped outside of the United States. If you are ordering internationally, please ensure your cart only contains non-alcohol products (such as our shaving soaps, balms, or alcohol-free toners) to avoid order cancellation.

International Duties, Taxes, and VAT

For all international orders shipping outside of the US, your package may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, taxes, or VAT determined by your destination country. House of Mammoth is not responsible for these additional charges; they are applied directly by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your shipping label is generated, please allow up to 48 business hours for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking updates to appear online.

If your package has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your fulfillment email, please reach out to us directly through our contact page with your name and order number so we can investigate the delay.
